MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, YOGYAKARTA – President of ‘Aisyiyah, Salmah Orbayinah, emphasized that Indonesian children are one of the nation’s most valuable assets. However, she pointed out that many children still face serious challenges, including stunting, violence, unequal access to education, and the ongoing issue of child marriage.
“Let’s work together because great children grow with the support of everyone around them,” said Salmah on Wednesday, July 23.
Salmah stressed that strong and resilient Indonesia begins with children who are well protected and supported.
“Let’s protect them, listen to them, and guide them so they can grow into great individuals. Great children will lead to a strong Indonesia as we move toward our vision of a Golden Indonesia in 2045. Happy National Children’s Day,” expressed Salmah.
