Three Institutions, One Vision: Advancing Healthcare Through Strategic Partnership

MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, JAKARTA – Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih (RSIJCP) has taken a major step in advancing healthcare and medical education by signing a three-way Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FKUI), and RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM).

The MoU was officially signed on Tuesday, April 15, at RSIJCP’s Office 18 Meeting Room in Central Jakarta. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. dr. Ari Fahrial Syam, SpPD-KGEH, MMB (Dean of FKUI), dr. Wildan Latief, Sp.OT(K) (representing the Director of RSCM), and dr. Pradono Handojo, MBA., MHA (Director of RSIJCP).

Chairperson of Muhammadiyah for Public Health, Social Welfare, and Disaster Resilience dr. Agus Taufiqurrahman, Sp.S., was also present and offered strong support for the collaboration.

This strategic partnership aims to boost cooperation in medical education, scientific research, and community service—ultimately improving the quality of healthcare and education in Indonesia. The partnership brings together FKUI’s academic excellence, RSCM’s role as a top national referral hospital, and RSIJCP’s commitment to healthcare guided by Islamic and national values.

This collaboration is about building a strong ecosystem for medical education, promoting research, and expanding healthcare access to the public.

The agreement also highlights a shared vision of improving the nation’s healthcare system through teamwork and innovation. Each institution will contribute its strengths to create real impact beyond the classroom and hospital walls.

This is just the beginning of a meaningful collaboration that will benefit medical students, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.

The MoU is expected to serve as a model for other healthcare institutions, encouraging more partnerships that support education, research, and public service. Through this joint effort, the three institutions hope to help shape a future with better-trained medical professionals and more accessible healthcare for all.
