We need to adopt a wise and intelligent approach to water management to mitigate risks and maximize benefits,” said Muhadjir in his remark in the meeting opening on Sunday, September 29 at the Auditorium of Unimuda.
“We should manage water resources intelligently to minimize the risk of disasters and maximize their potential as a source of livelihood,” he added.
The Minister highlighted the importance of technology in mitigating natural disasters, specifically mentioning cloud seeding as a potential solution to reduce the intensity of rainfall and prevent floods.
“Technology, especially in the field of water resources, is crucial for our daily lives. We should continuously develop and implement new technologies to ensure sustainable water management,” added Muhadjir.
