MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, JAKARTA – Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu’ti was awarded the Visionary and Emerging Leadership Award at the Elshinta Award 2025 for his dedication to improving education in Indonesia.
The award recognizes Mu’ti’s active role in shaping educational discourse at national and international forums, giving his exemplary leadership, and having strong vision and integrity in advancing the nation’s education.
Expressing his gratitude, Mu’ti thanked Elshinta, the judging panel, and all those who supported him, emphasizing that this recognition was for not only him but also the entire Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.
“This award is not just a personal achievement but a recognition of the collective effort of everyone at the ministry. It motivates us to keep working hard to provide quality education for all,” said Mu’ti, who is also the General Secretary of Muhammadiyah, in a press release on Wednesday February 2.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to improving education, stressing the importance of collaboration to advance the country’s education system in line with the Indonesian President’s vision.
“We also appreciate Elshinta’s dedication to educating the public through quality journalism. May Elshinta continue to provide valuable information that benefits society,” expressed Mu’ti.
Meanwhile, Elshinta Radio’s Editor-in-Chief Haryo Ristamaji explained that the award celebrated individuals and organizations making significant contributions to Indonesia’s progress.
“This award is more than just recognition. It is a symbol of hope to inspire future generations. The selection process was rigorous, starting with evaluations by senior Elshinta journalists across Indonesia, followed by an in-depth media analysis at Elshinta’s headquarters in Jakarta,” said Haryo.
