MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, SURAKARTA — The Election Committee (Panlih) of the 48th Congress (Muktamar) of Muhammadiyah appointed President and General Secretary of Muhammadiyah 2022-2027.
The committee officially enacted Haedar Nashir as the President and Abdul Mu’ti as General Secretary of Muhammadiyah 2022-2027.
This appointment took place three our earlier because it was scheduled at 3.30 p.m. at the Edutorium of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMS).
It was much more efficient since the election and counting were undertaken using e-voting.
The election was conducted on Saturday (19/11) from 7.52-11.45 p.m. local time. The voters were accounted for 2,519 voters.
