Dr. H. Anwar Abbas, M.M., M.Ag. is an Islamic scholar, lecturer, economist, and Muhammadiyah figure. He currently serves as a Chairperson of Muhammadiyah Central Board overseeing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Community Empowerment, and the Environment since 2022. He is also known as the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) for the 2025–2030 period.
