MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, MEDAN – Raja Muda Perlis DYTM Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra ibni Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail expressed his appreciation for the construction of Main Venue of the 49th Muktamar National Congress Muhammadiyah in North Sumatra.
The appreciation was conveyed by Raja Muda Perlis when he visited the Main Venue of the 49th Muktamar Muhammadiyah in Deli Serdang Regency on (27/9). The Main Venue of the Muktamar will be the integrated campus of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara (UMSU).
During the visit, Raja Muda Tuanku Syed Faizuddin advised that this large building with an extraordinary design must have careful planning, especially to maximize its sustainable use.
Currently, the construction progress of the 49th Muktamar Main Venue has reached 30 percent. The building process is expected to complete on time, before the 49th Muktamar Muhammadiyah and ‘Aisyiyah.
“We pray that all the plans made by UMSU and Muhammadiyah run smoothly,” he said.
On the same occasion, the Rector of UMSU, Agussani conveyed that the visit of Raja Muda Perlis was one of UMSU’s steps to enliven the 49th Muktamar in 2027.
“This moment is part of an effort to reverberate the Muktamar not only at the national level, but hopefully it can also attract the presence of Muhammadiyah members in Muhammadiyah special branches, particularly in Malaysia,” he said.
