MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, JAKARTA – The Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to Indonesia, H.E. Yassir Mohamed Ali Mohamed visited Muhammadiyah Office of Jakarta on Tuesday (7/3).
Welcoming him was by the General Secretary of Muhammadiyah Abdul Mu’ti the Chair of International Relations and Cooperation Office Imam Addaruqutni.
According to Imam, the meeting aimed to introduce the ambassador himself and discuss potential cooperation in import-export trade.
“The aim of the visit is to introduce the ambassador himself and talk about the possible cooperation between Sudan and Muhammadiyah, particularly in import-export trade. Sudan produces quality meat, both lamb and beef,” said Imam.
Besides, Imam said that the meeting also opened up opportunities for cooperation between Sudan and various business elements within Muhammadiyah.
“Therefore, it is possible to have business collaboration between Sudanese and Muhammadiyah entrepreneurs,” said Imam.
