MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, MAKASSAR – The 24th Muktamar National Congress of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah/IPM) has officially appointed the president, secretary general, and treasurer general of the Central Board of IPM (PP IPM) for the 2026–2028 term.
The newly elected president of IPM is Dany Rahmad Muharram, who secured the highest number of votes in the formateur election with a total of 750 votes.
Dany is a student at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. His record of activism within IPM is extensive. Prior to his election as president, he served as Secretary General of IPM Sulawesi Provincial Board.
Meanwhile, the position of secretary general was filled by Tsabita Ikrima Al-Arify, who was elected during the 11th Plenary Session, alongside the elected president and treasurer.
Tsabita, moreover, commonly known as Bita, is an alumna of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. She began her activism as Treasurer General of IPM Kasihan Branch Board, and most recently, in 2023, served as Secretary General of IPM Yogyakarta Special Region Provincial Board.
Furthermore, Rizki Anugrah Robby is the elected Treasurer of PP IPM for the 2026–2028 period.
An alumnus of Univeristy of Technology, Yogyakarta, Rizki began his IPM career in 2016 as a member of IPM SMP Muhammadiyah Sempor Sub-branch board. In 2023, he served as Head of the Advocacy and Public Policy Division of IPM Central Java Provincial Board.
These results were officially ratified during the 11th Plenary Session, held on Sunday Afternoon (08/02) at the Hajj Embarkation Hall, Makassar, South Sulawesi. (Bhisma)
