Salmah Orbayinah is Elected as President of ‘Aisyiyah

MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, SURAKARTA – Plenary Session X of the 48^th Congress (Muktamar) of ‘Aisyiyah decided to appoint Salmah Orbayinah as President of ‘Aisyiyah 2022-2027 and Tri Hastuti Nur Rochimah as General Secretary of ‘Aisyiyah 2022-2027. 

Plenary Session VIII of the 48 ‘Aisyiyah Congress taking place from 7.45 p.m. to 10.15 p.m. enacted seven members of the ‘Aisyiyah leadership.  

Shoimah Kastolani said that the elected seven members assigned other members, so the Aisyiyah leadership has 13 members.  

13 ‘Aisyiyah leadership members are written as follows: 

1. Dr. Siti Noordjannah Djohantini, M.M., M.Si 
2. Dr. Siti Aisyah, M. Ag 
3. Dr. apt. Salmah Orbayinah, M.Kes 
4. Dr. Rohimi Zam Zam, S.Psi, SH., M.Pd 
5. Dr. Tri Hastuti Nur Rochimah, M.Si 
6. Prof. Dr. Masyitoh 
7. Dra. Latifah Iskandar 
8. Dr. Atiyatul Ulya, M. Ag 
9. Evi Sofia Inayati, S.Psi 
10. Rita Pranawati, S.S, MA 
11. Diyah Suminar, SE 
12. Prof. Dr. Ir. Siti Muslimah Widyastuti, M. Sc.

Of the 13 names, some of them were young. Furthermore, at Pleno Session I of ‘Aisyiyah on 6 November, Former President of ‘Aisyiyah said, “‘Aisyiyah should be more developed three times faster than the current leadershi.”
