MUHAMMADIYAH.OR.ID, SIDOARJO – The Choir of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, Smamda Voice, has once again brought honor to Indonesia through their exceptional performance at the prestigious Singapore International Choral Festival (SICF). Held from July 28 to 31, 2024, the choir achieved remarkable success, clinching a gold medal in the Folklore category and a silver medal in the Mixed Voices category.
The awards ceremony took place at the renowned Esplanade Concert Hall on July 31, 2024. Smamda Voice’s conductor, Juliarto Joedi Wahjono, proudly received the accolades on behalf of the talented choir.
Expressing his gratitude, Juliarto attributed the success to the students’ dedication and hard work.
