Born in Mojokerto, East Java, on November 17, 1954, Dr. H. M. Saad Ibrahim serves as a Chairperson of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah overseeing Tabligh, Community Da’wah, Islamic Boarding Schools, and Hajj–Umrah Development.
