Beyond strengthening internal capacity, MPKSDI also encouraged PCIM Morocco to establish and expand relationships with local partners. This was considered essential to supporting Muhammadiyah’s outreach activities and thus creating broader opportunities for collaboration in Morocco.
The involvement of cadres in practical programs and activities on the ground was also highlighted. Organizational experience and direct interaction with local communities are important components of cadre development, complementing formal training, study sessions, and discussions.
